Request deletion of your data
You can ask us to remove some or all of your personal data from
TillKiller without closing a sign-in account.
This is the right page if you are a member of a club
that uses TillKiller — your details may be held by that club even though
you don't have your own TillKiller login. If instead you want to delete
your own sign-in account entirely, see
delete your account.
How to request it
- Email privacy@bringbright.com
with the subject line "Delete my TillKiller data".
- Tell us which club you're a member of (the venue
name) and what you'd like removed — all of your
personal details, or only specific items.
- So we can verify the request, send it from an email address the
club has on file for you, or include enough detail for the club to
confirm it's you.
- We'll action it and confirm within 30 days.
What we remove
- Your personal details — your name and any contact
details held against your membership are deleted or anonymised so they
no longer identify you.
- On request, specific records — if you ask us to
remove particular items rather than everything, we'll do that where it
doesn't conflict with the retention note below.
What is kept, and why
- The club's financial ledger — a club's record of
sales and payments is its own accounting record. Those entries are
retained by the club, but once your personal details are removed they
are no longer linked to you in any identifying way.
- Backups — removed data may persist in our
encrypted backups for up to 30 further days before it cycles out.
- Crash diagnostics — anonymous and not linked to
you; ages out automatically within 90 days.
